Fluazuron Influences the in vitro Production Embryos of Wagyu Cow

Imported breeds raised in tropical countries demand greater use of chemical control ectoparasites, however, this practice can compromise the results biotechnologies reproduction. Thus, objective study was to evaluate presence residues tick or their metabolites blood and follicular fluid verify vitro embryo production (IVEP) Wagyu cows, a country, submitted fluazuron based treatment. Twenty adult bovine females were used, donors oocytes, divided into 2 groups: G1 - animals that not G2, ticks with product (2.5 mg kg-1 body weight). After application (D0), all cows estrous synchronization and, four moments (D12, D33, D54 D75) aspirations from dominant follicles performed, oocytes collected for IVEP samples extraction analysis residues, using GC-MS. Plasma detected up 54 days after tick, but no fluid. Group 1 had higher number total viable (p<0.0001), viability rate blastocyst lower showing compromised IVEP.
